Which address to use
If something in the app is broken or you want a feature, don’t use any of these — the support page has the issue tracker, which is public and searchable. The addresses below are for things that shouldn’t be.

Reporting a clip
Every clip page has a report link and no account is needed. That is faster than email, because it goes straight into the review queue.
For child sexual abuse material, please also report to Cybertip.ca directly. We report it too, but theirs is the pipeline that matters.

Unsubscribing
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works. You can also write to support@rewound.gg and we will action it within 10 business days, which is the statutory limit rather than our target.
